State of the Schools Walk-In

Across West Virginia, teachers will report to their assemble points 20-30 minutes BEFORE school starts. Wearing red and with signs showing support for our schools, students, and communities, teachers will walk-in together in solidarity when their bells ring. We will show the state legislature and Governor Justice that the #55Strong movement is still a force to be reckoned with. Please check with your principal and superintendent in advance before the walk-in to ensure your county is aware that this is intended to raise awareness about the needs for future funding for PEIA, school counselors, psychologists, and more teachers.
